Testing Instructions:
1. Check that all ion-content have a class to identify the current state.
2. Check that the class added to ion-content in a split-view is the same in smartphone and in tablet.

Description

Some custom themes might want to affect only a certain template. Right now it's not possible to identify them using CSS, we should add classes to allow identifying them.

We though it would be nice to have a directive to do so to prevent problems with copy paste and so. This directive will add a class based on current state.
