Don't show flags in the app and move status/mark to question title bar

      1. Access a quiz using the app.
      2. Check that you can't see the flagged attribute anymore. Check that you see the status and mark of a question in the same row as question number. This applies to answering a quiz and reviewing an attempt.

      In the MOOTIEUK we decided to remove the flags from the app since they're barely used and they make the UI more complex.

      Also, we decided to show the question status and mark in the question title bar, right side, to decrease the space used by this information
