- Add a mod_url with a URL that should be captured by the app.
- Check that clicking the anchor button or the "Access the URL" button redirects you to the right place in the app.

We need to capture the links in the URL resource (the outside (chain image) and inside links) because in some sites (like the Moot IEUK one) points to resources in the same site.
