Display a new "My grades" option in the Mobile app

      1. In a Moodle 3.2 site, check that you see a new option at app's the side menu called: Grades
      2. Check that the courses and grades displayed there match with the ones in the Moodle web site (click User image -> Grades)
      3. If you click in a course grade in the app you will see displayed the complete grade information
      4. In split view mode (tablet) check that you see the grade information, but only a limited set of columns (activity name and final grade)
      5. Go to the Grades option under one course in the "My courses" option and check that you see there all the grades columns.
      6. In the Moodle site, create a label resource with a link to your site grades report, something like: http://localhost/m/stable_master/grade/report/overview/index.php, check that if you click in that link with the Mobile app the app opens the Grades section
      7. As admin, in a 3.2 site, search the option "gradereport_mygradeurl" and add an URL (http://moodle.org for example). Also change the option "grade_mygrades_report" to an external URL. Then open the app, remove the site you were testing with, add it again and check that you don't see anymore the Grades option in the side menu.
