- Add a SCORM in a course.
- In the app, access the course but NOT the SCORM.
- Go offline and access the SCORM. Check that the Enter button isn't shown.

Right now we show the SCORM entry button if some of the WS calls fails. We shouldn't do that, since it's can cause problems (e.g. it's possible that we couldn't determine the right package status).
