Login in a site with Moodle 3.2 with MDL-56637 applied. Go to App Settings > Notification Preferences. Check that you can see the list of notification preferences with their right status. Check that you can change the processor (Email, Web, Mobile). Check that you can modify notification preferences. Check that you can disable/enable all notifications. When viewing "Mobile" processor, check that you can see the list of devices by clicking in the blue card or by clicking in context menu -> Processor settings. Check that you can enable or disable devices. Now go to App Settings > Message Preferences. Check that: You can see the list of message preferences with their right status. You can change the processor (Email, Mobile). Check that you cannot access the list of devices when seeing the "Mobile" processor. You can modify preferences. Now login in a site with Moodle 3.1 or older. Check that you don't see the "Notification preferences" option.
