Grades are not correctly displayed in courses including only the percentage column

      1. Navigate to grades of a course with grades value avalaible
      2. Check grade columns is shown
      3. Navigate to grades of a course with no grades value avalaible but percentage (i.e. HQ Mooc)
      4. Check percentage columns is shown
