Testing Instructions:
1. Install the app in an iPhone.
2. Go to the quiz linked in the description, question 9.
3. Check that the options with long text are split into several lines.

Description

When the dropdown data is long it is not visible on iOS, it gets truncated removing important information. This is particularly bad on https://hq.moodle.org/mod/quiz/view.php?id=189 (Question 9 'Match the blocks to their uses:')
