Configure the following activities:

Choice completed when the user answers it.

Forum completed when the user adds a discussion or replies to a discussion.

SCORM completed when passed.

Quiz completed when passed.

Go to the app, open each one of these activities and perform the action that should complete it. Go back to the course contents list and check that the module is marked as completed without having to refresh.

If an activity is configured to be completed when the user views it it will work ok in the app. But if the user has to do something else, like posting in a forum, the activity completion shown in the app won't be automatically updated, the user will have to do a Pull To Refresh to see it updated.
