      1. Add an embedded audio to your Moodle site (inside a page, book, description, etc.).
      2. Install the app in an iOS device and go to the place where you added the audio.
      3. Start playing it and then lock the screen. Check that the audio keeps playing. Check that you can pause/play it or change the volume from the locked screen.
      4. Unlock the device and put it in silent mode (in the iPad there's a physical button for this). The Ringer needs to be silent, not all the Volume. Check that you can still listen the audio.

      Description

In Moodle Mobile open an audio file. It begins to play.
Either lock the screen by pressing the lock button or let it automatically lock the screen and the audio stops playing.
I tested this with an MP3 in a course and found it to be this way, but others are reporting it to me as well.

I understand this is the iPhone, but is there a setting you can set on the app telling it to keep playing on a locked screen? I have not done any app development.

I tested using an iPhone 6 with IOS 9.3.2.

I just updated to 3.1.1 and still see the same behavior.
