Add lockonly parameter to wiki get contents for editing

      To test with master version on an existing wiki:

      1. Enter to edit a page
      2. Check network tab to see lockonly parameter is present on mod_wiki_get_page_for_editing calls (every 30 seconds).
      3. Check all wiki edition and creation is working (see MOBILE-1594).

      To test with prior versions on an existing wiki:

      1. Enter to edit a page
      2. Check network tab to see lockonly parameter is NOT present on mod_wiki_get_page_for_editing calls (every 30 seconds).
      3. Check all wiki edition and creation is working (see MOBILE-1594).
