Testing Instructions:

The following test needs to be performed in Book, Folder, IMSCP, Page, Resource and Url.

In Moodle web, create 1 instance of each module listed above. Please enable "Display description on course page" for folder, page, resource and url.

In the app, go to the module. Check that the content and description is loaded right.

In Moodle web, modify the name and the description of the module. For book, modify the name of some chapter too. You can also modify the content of the module if you want.

In the app, perform a Pull To Refresh and check that the data is updated.

Some resources like the book module or IMSCP package are not correctly updated until a PTR is done in the section where the resource is.

This is because for creating elements like the TOC we use the information retrieved by get_course_contents.
