Create a survey with files in the description.

Login in the app and prefetch the survey.

Check you can see the list of questions and the description files in offline.

Now add a new file to the description OR change the type of the survey.

In the app, perform a PTR in course contents and check that the survey is marked as outdated.

We should allow prefetching a survey. This prefetch should try to download the list of questions.
