Add notes offline

      1. Login as a teacher in the app and, in online, view the profile of a user in a course (so the required data is cached).
      2. Now go offline and add a note to the user profile. Check that the note is saved.
      3. Go to the course notes and check that you can see the offline note. Check that you see a synchronize button on top of the page.
      4. Go online and click synchronize OR wait for the automatic sync to happen. Check that the note is sent.
      5. Now create an offline note again. In Moodle web as admin, unenrol the teacher from the course. Back in the app, go online and synchronize. Check that you see an error message saying that the note couldn't be sent.
