Create wiki pages offline

      1. Prefetch a wiki.
      2. Go offline and click to create a page using the contextual menu. Check that the page is stored and you can see it in offline. Check that the page appears in the Map.
      3. Check that you can create pages using create links in existing pages.
      4. Go to an offline page, go online and synchronize (either manual or automatically). Check that the sync messages disappear and the page is created in Moodle.
      5. Go back offline and try to create a page that already exists (and the app knows it exists). Check that an error is shown telling you that the title already exists.
      6. Now create a new page in Moodle (keep the app in offline so it doesn't detect it). In the app, create a page with the same title in offline. Synchronize the page and check that you see a warning telling you that the page was discarded because it already exists.

    Description
