Display the count of unread notifications

Double check that the Message output "Web" is enabled in /admin/message.php Manage to get a notification. For example: Creating a forum and subscribe. With other user, reply a post you are subscribed. Check on the side menu how many unread notifications you have. (a blue number will be shown). Wait to receive the notification from the calendar event. Wait 10 minutes and check the notification number has been updated. Enter the notifications page and count the number of unread notifications (check the ones with a blue dot). On the side menu the number should be reseted and dissapeared. Disable the "Web" message output Check that you don't see notifications in the app and site
