Display site home according the frontpage settings

      Please, note that currently there is a bug in Moodle preventing to browse to categories under with a depth bigger than "maxcategorydepth"

      1. Using prototype 3.2
      2. Navigate to the frontpage (using side menu).
      3. Check you can see the configured frontpage items.
      4. Check that Search course redirects to the current search course. (Same than clicking the search icon on My courses page).
      5. Test the search and the course links.
      6. Go back to the frontpage
      7. Check that Site news is showing the site news forum. This item won't be shown if the forum is not found or newsitems setting is 0.
      8. Go back to the frontpage.
      9. Check that My Courses is redirecting to the current My courses list. (Same as in side menu).
      10. Go back to the frontpage.
      11. Check that Course categories is showing a new state that shows categories and courses and let you navigate through them.
      12. Check Pull to Request.
      13. Check categories and course links.
      14. On the course page (through the course links). Check everything is working as before.
      15. Go back to the frontpage.
      16. Check that Available courses is showing all the courses available for the user.
      17. Check course links on that list too.
      18. Check Pull to Request.
      1. Now login as admin to the site (web).
      2. Change frontpage settings using Site Administration > Front page > Front page settings.
      3. Change items on Front page items when logged in.
      4. Check changes are reflected on the app.
      5. Note: List of categories and Combo list items are merged in the app and only the first one found in the list will be shown with the title "Course categories".

      Once MDL-54866 lands, we'll be able to retrieve the frontpage settings.

      This include allowing the user to browse course categories (even displaying courses where he is not enrrolled)
