Screen zoom is necessary for SCORM activities

We've had reports that on a Samsung S6, the screen doesn't rotate to landscape and the SCORM activity can only be viewed portrait mode. I have tested this using my Galaxy Note 4 and it rotates OK but I cannot pinch to zoom nor change the resolution of the screen to be able to participate in the lesson. SCORM activities are just too small and unworkable on a mobile phone if we don't have zooming capability. This is a capability that will really help our users.
