This needs to be tested both in Android and iOS.

Login in proto 3.2.

Go to Moodle Features Demo > SCORM packages > SCORM Adapt and open it.

Click the top right menu inside the iframe and click Resources.

Check that the first 2 resources are opened in the right app (Android) or in DocumentHandler (iOS). Check that the 3rd resource (Google) is opened in browser.

Now login in proto 3.0 and go to Course with SCORMs > Reported in the forum > SCORM with links for InAppBrowser and open it.

Click the link named "Link to an image with _blank". Check that the image is opened with an external app (Android) or with InAppBrowser (iOS).

Right now we show an error if an iframe calls window.open. We should try to handle it and open the right app with the URL.
