Currently the gradebook is using gradereport_user_get_grades_table that has all the table format that has the website. This is not very mobile friendly.

A first step should be to use the WS on "One grade view".
Also the gradebook table can use this WS but needs more work.

Additionally, all code should be reviewed to remove table calls.
