Check labels are correctly shown.

Check they are not clickable, so you cannot enter the "activity".

On Proto 3.2 Developer course > Links to capture.

Description

We should improve how labels are displayed:

Check if we should display the completion box or not
Display the full HTML of the label in tablets
Decide if we have to display the full HTML in Mobile (we already display in Mobile the full html of a section description)
Display the full HTML in the Site Home (for mobile and tablet)
