Check if the user is tracking forum with the new param returned

      1. On website, enable forum tracking on the User Forum Preferences.
      2. Go to a forum and edit its settings (using cog icon). Change "Read tracking" to optional on "Subscription and tracking".
      3. As a different user, reply a discussion of the forum.
      4. Using the mobile app, enter as the first user.
      5. Navigate to the forum.
      6. Check that the discussion is marked as unread and it says how many posts are unread.
      7. Enter the discussion and check new posts are marked as unread.

    Description

      Now the only way to know if the user is tracking a forum is to check numunread on forums, but it can have false negatives if the user is tracking it but there are no unread items. A new param have to be added in order to know if the user is tracking it.

      When done on core, the new param should be used to check that.
