Camera roll does not allow to upload videos to assignments

      1. Install the app in an iOS device and go to Private files.
      2. Click to upload a file and select "Photo albums". Check that you can select videos.
      3. Now install the app in an Android device and go to Private files.
      4. Click to upload a file and select "Photo albums". Check that you can only select photos.
      5. Check that the "Files" option (upload any kind of file) works fine in Android 4.2, 4.4 and 5+).

      We should allow to choose not only images but also videos from the camera roll, it seens that there is a mediaType property that can be set to all media https://github.com/apache/cordova-plugin-camera
