Implement basic lesson without questions

This must be tested in a site with the lesson WebServices integrated. In web as teacher, create a lesson with only content pages and without access restrictions. Add buttons to navigate forward, back and to random page. In the app, check that you can open the lesson and you can navigate using the lesson buttons. Check that opening a lesson with a started attempt shows a message asking you if you want to continue from last page or start from first page. Check that both choices work fine. Once you reach the last page of the lesson, check that you can start a new attempt. Now create 2 more lessons: one already closed and one that isn't open yet. Open them in the app and check that the right warning is shown and you cannot attempt them.
