    Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. In the app, navigate to a course section with wikis and enter into one.
      2. Go back to the section.
      3. In the web create a new individual wiki to the section and use return to course to save it. (Do not open it).
      4. In the app, PTR the section.
      5. Download the already created wiki.

This is caused because mod_wiki_get_wikis_by_courses is not invalidated when PTR so the wiki is not found in the list of wikis.
This should happen in other activities.
