We have several scorms, generated from Captivate 8, that contain a widget (a special button) and a few that contain html5 animations. All of those scorms have serious performance issues in the moodle app on an android tablet: it takes seconds to load the slide that contains the widget or animation. When viewed online in a webbrowser the delay is also there, but much reduced (less than a second). Furthermore, the interaction with the buttons is problematic: some functions don't work at all, where they do work online. We think it may have to do with the way the widget or animation is published by Captivate: in the html5 the widget is loaded in an i-frame on top of the actual course. Does this affect the performance? Is this a known issue?
