Setup the development environment in a Windows computer (see this guide).

Move to the app's root folder and execute the following command:

gulp remoteaddon -p www\addons\mod\book

Check that the remote addon is created. Open the addon.js file and check that the paths have been replaced by $ADDONPATH$.

It seems the remote addon packaging (gulp task) isn't working right in windows, the paths aren't replaced by $ADDONPATH$.
