Changing the app's default language doesn't use English as fallback language

      1. Open the config.json file and change the default_lang to "tr".
      2. Install the app in a device that doesn't have the app already installed (fresh install).
      3. In the screen to enter the site URL, check the connect button is in Turkish, but the rest of strings are in English.

    Description

      Right now we set the default language both as preferredLanguage and fallbackLanguage. This means that the language strings not found will always show the language key instead of the English fallback. We should always set English as the fallback.
