Join feedback tabs

Overview and analysis now are separated in two controllers and two states.

We should choose one of the solutions:

1. Join both controllers and show/hide content based on selected tab.
   Problem: Students have access to analysis without tabs.
2. Keep controllers separated but use ionic tabs and pane.
   Problem: We should communicate both controllers (i.e for PTR).

We should also review icons on closed feedbacks.
