when there is no resource or activity in a section, the mobile app shows the message "No content available at the moment". This message even comes up when the section summary has a lot of content (text, images, linked text). Such a summary can be the only content in a section.

Yes, if I would move the summary into a course label then the message will be removed. But it would be better to show the message "No content available at this moment" only if the section is totally empty. No summary and no resource and no activity.
