Mouse scrolling is not functional when hovering over course text

      This needs to be tested in a computer with trackpad.

      1. In the app in desktop (browser or desktop app), login in prototype 3.3 and go to course overview (if you aren't already there).
      2. If needed, resize the window so the list of courses is bigger than the screen (in vertical).
      3. Hover the description or the title of any course and check that you can scroll using the trackpad.

    Description

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Launch the application and log in.
      2. Using a mouse or trackpad place the cursor over the course description or title.
      3. Attempt to scroll down the page using a scroll wheel or trackpad gesture.
      4. Notice the page does not scroll.
