Support a new type of custom menu item

      1. Configure a custom menu item vi Administration -> Mobile app -> Mobile app features using a URL that can be treated by the app and using the type "app". There is one configured in prototype 3.3:

      2. In the app, login in the site, open the side menu and click the item. Check that the right page is opened in the app.

      Apart from the existing menu items (inappbrowser, browser, embedded) we should support a new type "app".

      This will be site links that will be handled by the app, if the link is supported in the app it will open the app page for it or it will follow the default behavior for not supported links.
