The multilang content filter should work in the mobile app

Hi,

in some cases a teacher will set multilang content into a course. It could be that the course is used from different countries and the summary in topic 0 should come in the current app language.

I found that the multilang content is shown in the language which the user has set in his personal settings on the platform. It could be a good idea to set the user language in the personal settings. But the user can't change this personal language setting in the app.
