Enable completion at site and course level (course settings) In web as teacher/admin, create a feedback activity with the following settings (as displayed in the screenshots): Question and submission settings : Set " Record user names " to " User's name will be logged and shown with answers ". Activity completion : Set " Completion tracking " to " Show activity as complete when conditions are met ". Also, enable both options in " Require view ". Add at least 1 question to feedback. In the app, login as a student, open the feedback, answer the questions and submit the answers. Go back to the course section and check that the feedback is now marked as completed for the student.
