Login in a 3.3 site with a teacher user. Create a page with a video in it (add the video using the Atto video button). I recommend using mp4 format to ensure compatibility with iOS. Install the app in an iOS device and open the page. Check that the video is played inline. Now do the same in a 3.1 site. Check that now the video is played in full screen (3.3 automatically adds playsinline="true" , but 3.1 doesn't).
