The Vimeo videos with parameters in the URL don't work (for exemple with parameters (?title=0&portrait=0).
This bug is due to a mistake in the file /www/core/directives/formattext edited during this update 3.4. The parsing of the URL doesn't provide parameters in fonction treatIframe().
Thereby the URL with parameters, after parsing, contains two caracters "?".
