The answer options in feedback are not passing (multilang) filter in the app when they are in the browser.

Steps to reproduce:

• On a browser, go to https://qa.moodle.net/course/view.php?id=2
• Modify the multiple choice values in feedback to have https://qa.moodle.net/mod/feedback/edit.php?id=18&do_show=edit and change "Good" to <span lang="en" class="multilang">Good</span><span lang="es" class="multilang">bueno</span>
• Open Moodle Desktop
• Configure https://qa.moodle.net as host, log in als student/test, set language to spanish
• Go to the Activity examples course
• Try to submit the feedback
