Testing Instructions:

This needs to be tested on:
Moodle 3.5 (latest master), latest Moodle 3.4 and latest Moodle 3.3

Verify that in 3.5 when you enable the age verification everything work as expected (like the web site).
For 3.3 and 3.4 you won't see the support name or email (when the user is a minor), instead you will see a button to open the site.
