Migrate remote themes

      We should support remote themes in the new app.

      We should allow specifying a theme for Moodle Mobile 3.5 and a theme for previous versions in a single file, since Moodle only allows 1 remote theme. We'll probably use a special comment to specify which part of the CSS is for 3.5+ and which one for previous versions.
