    Description

      In MDL-61669 we are creating a new setting inside the "Mobile settings" to enable admins to point to an specific Privacy Policy for the app.

      We should use that policy if available, if not, fallback to the "Site policy" and if there isn't fallback to Moodle generic one (the one used right now)
