Support Fontawesome on Ionic 5

      While using Moodle web, some boostrap styles and fontawesome icons may appear in the content. When this content is shown on the app many styles can be lost. Users mostly expect that Bootstrap (v3/4) and Fontawesome icons appear on the app as well.

      We should discuss on how and what to support this other frameworks.

      Support usage of <i class="fa..:"> on content provided by WS.
