      1. In web, login as teacher and create a new quiz in a course.
      2. Inside that quiz, create several numerical questions playing with the units settings. E.g. create a question without units, another one with required units at the right using multiple choice, another one with required units at the left using a drop-down, etc.
      3. In the app, login as a student and attempt the quiz. Check that the questions are displayed as in web (units + input).
      4. Once you've answered all the questions, submit the quiz. Check that the right answers and units were submitted to the server.

      Summary:

In Moodle Mobile, when accessing a numerical question within a quiz, it is not possible to select the corresponding unit, defined in the question. The drop-down-menu or combobox is not shown in Moodle Mobile, yet it is shown in the regular desktop view, which can be accessed by a regular webbrowser.

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. In Moodle, enter a course as a trainer, and create a test.
      2. In this test, create a question, which has the "Numerical" question format.
      3. Enter a name, a text, some valid answers and define two units.
      4. In section "Unit handling" set "Unit handling" to "The unit must be given, and will be graded."
      5. Set "Units are input using" to "a multiple choice selection" or "a drop-down menu".
      6. Access the test in the Moodle Mobile App and open the defined question.

      What I expect:

      • I expect to enter a valid answer and choose the corresponding unit by interaction with an element in the user-interface, as it is shown in the desktop view (see attached screenshot).

      What actually happens:

      • I can only enter text into the textfield, but no drop-down menu or multiple choice selection is shown (see attached screenshot), so that I can not choose the corresponding unit. I can not enter a valid, i.e. correct answer.
