SCORM fails to launch when no entry page is set in Settings

Launching a SCORM package results in a continual 'loading' spinner when the SCORM settings are set to skip the entry page.

Steps to recreate:

1. Add a SCORM to a package to a course
2. Set the appearance settings like:
   • Student skip content structure page: Always
   • Display course structure on entry page: No
   • Display attempt status: No
3. Save and then attempt to launch the SCORM from mobile.

Expected behavior is to launch the SCORM package without seeing or needing to tap the 'ENTER' button.
