We should improve those config parameter descriptions and include them in the Cordova project config.xml file (right now they are in the PB config file).

Suggested new strings:

• need camera access to take pictures so you can attach them as part of your submissions.
• need microphone access to record sounds so you can attach them as part of your submissions.
• need to photo library access to get pictures from there so you can attach them as part of your submissions.
