In web as admin, install an activity site plugin that allows being prefetched in the app.

Create an instance of that activity in a course.

In the app as student, access that course and enable downloads.

Click to prefetch the activity. Check that the download successfully finishes and you can access it in offline.

Description

The prefetch classes were refactored so they're easier to use. However, this refactor introduced a bug when prefetching site plugins, nothing is downloaded and the spinner never stops.
