Moodle desktop displays "drag and drop int text" quiz question incorrectly

      This issue affects all platforms, not just desktop.

      1. In the app, go to Mobile 34 > MM Dev Testing > Quiz > MOBILE-2577.
      2. Attempt the quiz and check that all items are positioned correctly and you're able to answer the question fine.
      3. Now go to course Quiz Testing > Drag and Drop questions > Quiz with drag and drop question types.
      4. Attempt the quiz and check that all items are positioned correctly and you're able to answer all the questions fine.

      If the question body contains image, the captions that should be dragged display on top of it. My system is Windows 7. See attached screenshot for details:
