SCORM - able to skip videos on Moodle Mobile

We've noticed a bit of a "bug" for SCORM when using Moodle Mobile.  When using SCORM packages which feature videos (mp4), users are able to "zoom in" on the videos (by pinching the screen) which then make the video full screen.  

The problem this creates is that it lets users then skip to the end of the video via the video scroll feature (as commonly featured on all video playback options).  This is an issue as the SCORMS are deliberately set up so that users can't skips video content (which works as intended on ordinary Moodle) but this glitch enables users to skip the video content.
