Testing Instructions:
1. In the app, login in prototype 3.1 or 3.2.
2. Go to a course where there are several mod_resource. Check that you see the right icon in each resource (e.g. the PDF icon for PDF files).

Description

This is a regression caused by ~~MOBILE-2084~~. The WS mod_resource_get_resources_by_courses is not available in 3.1 and 3.2.
