We should be using something like "Show download options" because "Enable" seems that we are automatically enabling that sections are download, but what we are really doing is displaying the download options for sections and modules in the course.

We should keep the existing string, just rewording the content. This should trigger an update in local_moodlemobileapp plugin so it can be updated in AMOS for translation
