In some cases, the urltolink filter is not enabled in a Moodle site.

Scenario: we can have a teacher posting in a forum the URL to the course gradebook without linking.

Should we link that URL so the app will open the course gradebook in the same app?

Right now, for this scenario, the user will have to copy and paste in a browser the URL to view the gradebook (in both web and the app)
